what is 15st 9lbs in lbs? Im 5ft7 and 210 lbs Used to be 250 lbs.I lost weight with wnflhtgiitieg, Hiit cardio, normal cardio, and cleaned up diet. I fast? 2 days a week eating only vegetables and fruits with water (preferably not 2 days consecutively) And I lose usually 1 or 2 lbs a week. Thats me I used to think I was an endo I think im a meso now tho. My routines are influeced by the Hodgetwins btw And im still losing weight while keeping my muscle.
