The last principle is fun. If you enjoy what you are doing then it is not really work. Its fun. So when choosing a workout routine, be sure you enjoy it, and in your diet of choice make sure you like it. So all in all it simply doesn’t matter which type of workout you choose, nor which diet, because if you make sure to include variety, balance, and fun it will truly help you in your personal fitness.
