Luckily, I haven’t gained all the weihgt back either. I had gained at the most maybe 10-15 of the 30 I lost but after a surgery last summer, I lost about 10, so now I’m maybe 5-7 lbs heavier than I was at my thinnest. The thing also is that after my recovery, I lost a lot of strength and muscle mass that I had, and I’m not as flexible anymore. I get really frustrated sometimes when I work out because I can’t do everything exactly like before. I never reached my true goal either, but I think I should continue trying my best to gain strength so I can maybe reach it one day.
